Zoom VDI for HP Anyware uses two components -- Zoom VDI Client on the agent machine and Zoom Plugin on client machines – working together to render the Zoom meeting on top of the Anyware client window. By default, the Zoom Plugin is automatically launched on the client machine every time a PCoIP session is initiated. Once launched, the Zoom Plugin connects to the Zoom VDI Client on the agent machine to render Zoom meetings.

Ensure that the following conditions are met:
Zoom VDI for HP Anyware allows for an enhanced video conferencing performance in HP Anyware environments, by offloading the audio and video streams from HP Anyware agent devices to HP Anyware client devices. The client devices handle the processing of the video and audio streams, and directly transmit the streams to and from Zoom servers, thereby resulting in improved conferencing experience.

The Software Client for Windows writes log files that document its processes and interactions with other services such as brokers and agents. These files are invaluale in diagnosing problems. This page describes how logs are handled and where they can be found.
The Anyware Software Client uses certificates to verify the identity of the host to which it connects. The security mode is configured by the security_mode
setting in the Anyware Client configuration file or by setting its value in the pre-session user interface.
Three security mode options are available:
Your root CA certificate must be installed in any Anyware client that will be used to connect to the Anyware Agent.

When using USB drivers on the Anyware Software Client for Windows, you might encounter issues around versioning of the USB hub filter, as displayed in the error message below:
A different version of the USB hub filter is already installed. Please uninstall that version before continuing this installation.
If you encounter this issue or another issue relating to your USB driver, we recommend carrying out the following steps:
Uninstall the Anyware Client.
Reboot your machine.
