This article is applicable to PCoIP Zero Clients that have DVI ports.

To see all the supported resolutions in the OSD as listed in the PCoIP Zero Client Administrators' Guide (GUI Reference > Configuring OSD Display Settings > OSD Dual-display: Display Settings), you must use a dual link DVI cable as suggested in Dual-link DVI, Single-link DVI, DisplayPort and 2560x1600 resolutions with PCoIP products..

If not using a dual link DVI cable, the missing resolution options in the OSD Display Override settings are:

  • 2560x1600
  • 1920x1440
  • 1856x1392
  • 1792x1344

Note:

  • Single link DVI cables support a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200.
  • The OSD Display Settings drop-down list may contain resolutions that are not actually supported by your display.
