Teradici does not maintain a list of tested units. With the introduction of EHCI (USB 2) functionality, compatibility with currently manufactured DVD brands has improved greatly, particularly when the PCoIP Zero Client or PCoIP Remote Workstation Card are updated with the latest firmware.

Before selecting (purchasing) a USB CD/DVD drive, we strongly recommend testing different makes/models on your network, to ensure you get the model that works with optimal performance in your environment.

If a CD/DVD drive doesn't work in your environment, consider attaching the drive to an external power supply such as a USB powered hub or wall outlet (strongly recommended) and test again.

For any issues you might encounter, refer to PCoIP TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS: USB peripherals (scenario 5 discusses USB power issues).
