There are a number of disconnect codes used in event logs to identify the cause of a session disconnect for HP Anyware PCoIP Agent. Amazon Workspaces and VMware Horizon View. For details on finding the logs, see How do I find the PCoIP event log files?

An example of a manual user disconnect by pressing the Disconnect button on a PCoIP Zero Client appears in the PCoIP_server event logs as:

12/02/2011, 09:42:21.375> LVL:2 RC: 0 COMMON :TERA_PCOIP: SESSION_EVENT=TERA_MGMT_SYS_SESS_EVENT_CLOSED, disconnect cause (0x301)

12/02/2011, 09:42:21.375> LVL:2 RC: 0 SERVER :server main: cb_notify_session_status called (mask 0x20) with tera_disconnect_cause (0x301)

12/02/2011, 09:42:21.375> LVL:2 RC: 0 SERVER :server main: TERA_MGMT_SYS_SESS_EVENT_CLOSED with disconnect cause (0x301).

12/02/2011, 09:42:21.375> LVL:1 RC: 0 SERVER :map_tera_to_agent_close_code: TERA_DISCONNECT_CAUSE_DEVICE_GPIO_MANUAL_USER_DISCONNECT -> PCOIP_AGENT_CLOSE_CODE_PORTAL_INITIATED

12/02/2011, 09:42:21.375> LVL:2 RC: 0 SERVER :connection_closed: code = 0.
