Problem

Using fully qualified domain name (FQDN) in your browser to access the PCoIP Management Consoles web interface displays only a portion of the page.

Using the IP address, the web interface page is displayed properly and user is prompt for user name and password.

Cause

It has been found that if the PCoIP Management Console host name contains the word 'console' the Management Console web interface will fail to load. For example a PCoIP Management Console with the  FQDN mgmtconsole.cloudaccesslabs.com would fail to load accessed via https://mgmtconsole.cloudaccesslabs.com.

Resolution

If your MC domain name contains the word 'console' change the domain name so it doesn't contain word 'console'.

Note: if you are using your own certificate for MC, you will need to issue a new certificate (with new FQDN) and upload it to the MC.
