PCoIP Connection Manager for Amazon WorkSpaces End of Life Notice
Teradici is announcing End of Life for PCoIP Connection Manager for Amazon WorkSpaces.
This announcement only impacts customers who have legacy/unsupported Zero Client firmware (including firmware version 17.05.x) connecting to Amazon Workspaces. Any customer with Zero Client firmware 6.0 (released in 2017) and above does not require this component when connecting to Amazon WorkSpaces. Any customer who is not on Zero Client firmware 6.0 or above can easily obtain the latest firmware by upgrading to a Desktop Access subscription from https://www.teradici.com/desktop-access.
Any customer connecting to Teradici Cloud Access Software, does not require this component. The components Teradici PCoIP Connection Manager and Security Gateway for Cloud Access Software continue to be provided.
The product is no longer available on AWS Marketplace for deployment of new instances to new customers. Existing deployments with PCoIP Connection Manager for Amazon WorkSpaces will continue to function. Teradici will continue to support PCoIP Connection Manager for Amazon WorkSpaces for existing customers until April 13, 2021.
