PCoIP Zero Clients and PCoIP Remote Workstation Cards (host cards) support 2560x1600 based on the following:

Firmware 4.0.3 and newer

TERA2140

  • Supports a maximum resolution for two monitors of 2560x1600 @60Hz
  • Supports a maximum resolution for four monitors of 1920x1200 @60Hz

TERA2321

  • Supports a maximum resolution for one monitor of 2560x1600 @60Hz
  • Supports a maximum resolution for two monitors of 1920x1200 @60Hz

Starting with firmware version 5.4.0, 2560x1440 & 3440x1440 display resolution are now supported as a native resolution. These resolutions are only available as native resolutions and are not explicitly select-able from the resolution override or display topology options.

NOTE: We added a feature in firmware 23.01.0 that will now allow you to override the Native display resolution and have the resolution stick even after power off. This is documented in our PCoIP Zero Client Admin Guide.
