How to create an account?

 

A user can self register to create an account. Follow the steps below to self register:

  1. Click the "Login" button on HP Anyware Support Portal home page.
  2. Click the "Create an account" button below "Log in" button.
  3. On the Self Register form, fill out the information, and click the "Sign up" button to submit the registration.

 

What if I run into errors?

 

Scenario:

Upon submitting the self-registration, an error message says: “Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted”.

 

Possible Causes:

Your account already exists and your e-mail address is already registered.

 

Resolution:
