There are two important points to remember while using speech mikes with the zero client:

  1.  Bridge the speech mike in the zero client. If you need help with bridging, then you can refer this KB article.
  2.  Disable Local USB audio drivers in the zero client. It can be configured through zero client admin web interface and on-screen display. Refer this link for more information related to audio configuration.
