Answer:

There are four ways to reset the PCoIP Zero Client to default settings which are described below. The PCoIP Remote Workstation card (also known as a PCoIP host card) has one reset procedure also described below. Some network information will be logged by normal operation when a PCoIP Zero Client or PCoIP Remote Workstation Card is connected to a network and turned on (i.e. the end of a reset process). This may be important to know if the PCoIP device is destined to be deployed outside the current environment.

Important Notes:

  1. The reset procedure does NOT erase or add OSD Logos. This must be done separately.
  2. Consider unplugging the network cable to prevent the PCoIP Zero Client logs from picking up any network information when resetting via the OSD or using Hotkeys.
  3. Consider clearing the logs after the reset process by browsing to Diagnostics > Event Log in either the AWI or OSD and click the Clear button.
