If USB devices won't work on a R930, move the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card to a PCIe slot that is serviced by a populated CPU socket.

Why this is necessary: The R930 has two sockets. If the unit ships with only one socket populated (a single CPU), some PCIe lanes will not be associated with a populated socket. Because these PCIe lanes still get power, you will be able to start a session using the PCoIP Remote Worksation Card, and imaging will work, but USB devices and audio will not work. USB and audio will also not be visible in system information reports. To resolve the issue, move the PCoIP Remote Workstation Card to a PCIe slot that is serviced by the populated CPU socket.
