You can disable the build-to-lossless feature using the Administrative Web Interface (AWI) or the PCoIP Management Console. To do this using the AWI, follow the steps below.

For more information, or to disable this feature using the PCoIP Management Console instead of the AWI, refer to the PCoIP Zero Client Administrators' Guide (search for key phrase "Configuring Image Quality").

  1. Log in to the AWI.
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Image
  3. Select Disable Build to Lossless:
