There are a multiple ways to determine the frame update rate displayed at the PCoIP Zero Client. 
 

Note: the frame rate displayed at the client this may be different than the source display frame rate when in a congested network environment. 

Log Review

  • HP Anyware PCoIP Agent Server logs

Find the PCoIP server logs and search for "fps" which will show the log entry containing the display update rate in frames per second.  In this example, the frame rate is 6.3 frames per second average over the last 30 seconds.

  • HP Anyware PCoIP Client Logs

Locate the PCoIP Client logs and search for Frame rate. You will find a line similar to this. Older clients may have a different log line with fps.

PCoIP Zero Client Administrative Web Interface

  • Connect to the PCoIP Administrative Web Interface (if enabled) by entering the PCoIP Zero Client IP address in a browser.
  • Log in (password may be required)
  • Navigate to Diagnostics> Session Statistics
  • The display frame rate for Display 1 and Display 2 are shown.
