Error: PCoIP Agent has no available licenses to launch the remote session

Symptom

Remote desktops that were previously registered with HP Anyware Cloud License Server (CLS) may get the following client message when trying to connect:

  • “Error – PCoIP Agent has no available licenses to launch the remote session.”

In the Anyware Agent logs, you will see the following:

  • LVL:2 RC:   0           AGENT :License denied
  • LVL:3 RC:   0           AGENT :CustomerID based URL could not be constructed: Failed to get FNE private data item:[1,7E5,9,0[70000012,0,F06DB]]  Provided item was not found in the collection.

Steps to resolve

Re-run the pcoip-register-host command with original registration code.
