To remotely control display settings using DDC/CI, you need:

  • PCoIP Zero Client with firmware 2.3 or newer
  • Monitor that supports DDC/CI that is connected to the PCoIP Zero Client. The DDC/CI protocol is vendor specific. To date, the NEC version of the DDC/CI protocol is qualified and the NEC LCD2690WUXi display is tested. Other vendor's monitors may not work with this technology at this time.
  • PCoIP Remote Workstation (host card) with firmware 2.3 or newer
  • Display settings control software (such as SpectraView) installed on the host workstation
