Management Console Enterprise combines an intuitive dashboard and operational metrics which enables IT administrators to easily manage, monitor and scale zero clients within their VMware® View, Amazon WorkSpaces, and Teradici Cloud Access Software deployments. With Management Console Enterprise, IT administrators can quickly and easily provision new devices, report on inventory, review metrics, configure settings, and update firmware from a single console.
If you are using Management Console RPM for installations or upgrades with or without an internet connection (dark site), we have provided required dark site packages and online dependency files for download to ensure a successful and secure installation or upgrade.
Refer to the Administrators' Guide installation or upgrade instructions when to use these files.
- Dark site package for RPM: A single installation package enables seamless RPM upgrades. The package includes Management Console RPM and all dependencies, including PostgreSQL, Java 8 upgrade package, Python 3 installation and upgrade scripts.
- Online dependencies package: The dependencies package must be installed prior to online installations or upgrades. This package includes PostgreSQL, Python 3 installation and upgrade files.
Before an in-place RPM upgrade to Management Console 23.08 or higher, and if you are not using custom certificates, you must upload the new Management Console certificate to your endpoints. For the new Management Console certificate SHA-256 & SHA-512 values, see the release notes.

Prior to upgrading Management Console you can:
- Clear the management state on all your endpoints before the upgrade and rediscover them after the upgrade.
- Ensure that the new certificate is uploaded to your endpoints before you upgrade to Management Console 23.08+.
