Tera2 PCoIP Zero Clients are hardware- and firmware-based endpoints that enable users to connect remotely to PCoIP Remote Workstations, workstations running Teradici Cloud Access Software, Teradici Cloud Access Platform desktops and workstations, Amazon WorkSpaces desktops, and VMware Horizon and VMware Horizon DaaS desktops.

Zero Client Firmware

Deploying Firmware 23.12 or higher via Management Console

Firmware versions 23.12.0 or higher can only be uploaded and deployed by PCoIP Management Console 23.12.1 or higher.  Management Console version 23.08 or earlier cannot process these firmware files, and will throw an "Exception uploading and processing file" error when an upload is attempted.

If you use the PCoIP Management Console to deploy firmware updates, and want to deploy firmware version 23.12.0 or higher, you must upgrade to Management Console 23.12.1 or higher.

Teradici is announcing End of Support for PCoIP Zero Client firmware 4.8.2. This firmware will be discontinued April 21, 2020.

PCoIP Zero Client firmware 4.8.2 has been in Technical Guidance from December 31, 2016. All customers should upgrade to the latest firmware version.
