End of Support

End of Support for a specific product release occurs when both General Support and Technical Guidance have ended.  Teradici highly recommends that customers upgrade their product to a release that is under support (i.e. in technical guidance or general availability).

If the product is at end of support, then Teradici will have released an End of Support notice providing options for the customers.

Short description
The software or firmware may still be available, but Teradici will no longer answer support questions or issue fixes.
