Steps to remove firmware from PCoIP Management Console 1.x

Before removing a firmware from the PCoIP Management Console, it must not be associated to any profile.  When there is an association, the Delete button in the Update tab for that firmware is greyed out.

To dissociate a firmware from a profile, and remove it from the PCoIP Management Console, proceed as follows:

  1. Go to the Management Console Profiles Tab;
  2. Click on Set Properties for the profile that is associated with the firmware you want to remove;
  3. On the Profile Firmware line, click on the "+" to expand it;
  4. Click on Delete, and confirm it;
  5. Return to the the Update tab. The Delete button should no longer be greyed out.
  6. Click on the Delete button, and confirm the deletion.

If the Delete button is still greyed out, the firmware is still associated with another profile. Repeat the procedure until all associations are removed.
