The HP Anyware Virtual Audio Driver is automatically installed as part of the HP Anyware PCoIP Agent. If you are experiencing audio issues with your Amazon Workspace check the following:

  • The HP Anyware Virtual Audio Driver is available as a audio playback device in the sound control panel.
  • The HP Anyware Virtual Audio Driver is the default playback device.
  • The speakers volume level is turned up on the Amazon Workspace
  • The speakers volume level is turned up in the operation system of the local software client.
